Create services and Call Routing Plans to:

  1. Record an announcement.
  2. Route calls by day-of-week and time-of-day.
  3. Proportionally distribute calls between two or more selector options.
  4. Direct incoming callers to the most appropriate termination - based on user input (IVR).
  5. Dial more than one destination similtaneously - routing calls to the termination that is answered first.
  6. Provide a Text-to-Speech information service using the caller's preferred language.
  7. Allow a caller to enter a number to dial - protected by a PIN.
